Ontario JOIN offers a single point of access for employers and job seekers. We work to match skilled candidates with specific employment positions being offered. We specialize in recruitment of persons with disabilities; as well as, education of strategies and supports for employers for full inclusion and expertise on disability in the workplace. Through our referrals to service providers, we bring together job seekers with disabilities and employers.
