We have developed and formulated our own range of premium specialist products which focus on solving common issues within hydraulic systems and in particular varnish and sludge formation. Our Rockson VRT UltraClean additive is proven to remove varnish and sludge while our GPII UltraLife 46 & UltraLife 68ZF hydraulic oils are blended from hydrocracked base oils with a premium additive pack which not only offers extended performance but can also improve machine energy efficiency rates. Our team of oil management technicians based to cover across the UK to offer a flexible, proactive response to our customers meaning they can rely on Rockson LubriTek as their partner for oil management services. Our focus is specialising in care and maintenance of hydraulic systems specialising in industries such as plastic injection, blow and compression moulding along with balers, compactors within the waste industry and other industries where the quality of hydraulic oil can affect either production or maintenance expenditure. We have made significant investments in the equipment used to carry out specific areas of services we can offer in particular initial oil fills, filtration for either solid or water removal and also oil changes.
