The ASME PCC-2 certified OmegaWrap® composite pipeline repair system strengthens and reinforces the integrity of the pipe wall without interrupting flow, repairing a multitude of defects and accommodating up to 80% wall loss. This easy-to-install repair solution is all you need, without the added risk of heavy machinery, welding or specialized tools. The OmegaWrap® repair systems are custom designed to provide additional reinforcement to the pipe in either the “hoop” and/or "Axial" direction. Being a composite solution, it’s quick and convenient, involves no hot work and it reduces overall time spent in the ditch. We offer multiple system variations to both our OmegaWrap EG system, which utilizes an e-glass fabric, and our OmegaWrap C system, which is a stiffer, carbon fabric.
