Overview

The Rotary Club of Oklahoma City is the oldest and largestcivic club in the Greater Oklahoma City area. With over 35,000 Rotary clubs in more than 200 countries, we are the 3rd largest club in the world. Our membership is composed of men and women from many avenues of service such as: business, government, law, science, family life and humanities. Our meetings, held each Tuesday at 11:45 a.m., are designed to increase contact with other civic community leaders in our city and state. Rotary stresses the bonding together for the members for the purpose of encouraging the idea of “Service Above Self.” Our Club members develop many new acquaintances while setting high-ethical standards in their chosen professions. Through our international contacts, Rotary fosters the advancement of goodwill, peace and understanding. Our weekly speakers are engaging, thought-provoking, and relevant, and every effort is made to ensure their message is of common interest to all members. The time spent in the fellowship of Rotary is repaid many times. To become a Rotarian is to join an organization whose members make an important difference in the quality of life not only in Oklahoma, but world-wide. The rewards generally equal or surpass the level of others, while discovering a world of personal enrichment through service.
