NW Arkansas Veterans Treatment Court Mentor Program is an all volunteer program. We provide volunteer mentors to justice involved Veterans in Washington, Madison, Benton and Sebastian counties. Our program follows the mentorship model outlined by Justice For Vets, a division of the National Association of Drug Court Professionals. A mentor must be a Veteran and pass an Arkansas State Police background check. Mentors engage, encourage and empower our region’s justice involved Veterans. Our organization works in partnership with the courts and the Veterans Administration’s, Veteran Healthcare System of the Ozarks. NW Arkansas Veterans Treatment Court Mentor Program, Inc is a non-profit public benefit corporation with 501-(c)-3 status.
