Overview

Robots are all around us. From sliding doors to self driving cars, their presence has greatly increased in the past few years, making people think that they might be taking over the world. But are they any close? Is NUST Robotics club aiding machines in the fall of humanity? Well, so far, a robot apocalypse seems quite unlikely, and NRC hasn’t reached the level of Boston Dynamics yet (if only that were true) that our robots would threaten the world order. NRC’s mission is to promote the field of Robotics at NUST by creating awareness and education. We aim to push the boundaries of technological advancements further by conducting technical and non-technical conferences, seminars, workshops, and much more. Our Technical Outreach Programme reaches out to the students of NUST, providing them with opportunities to practically learn how to build robots for various applications. And if that doesn’t excite you, we also make robots fight each other to the death every year at the grand RoboWars event. This tenure is going to be more exciting than ever before as we aim to take NRC to new heights, on a scale never seen before
