The INNL is a nurse-led leadership development organization. Our goal is to bring nurse leaders together to inspire and lead change in healthcare on a global scale by: 1) Increasing nurse leaders’ confidence, skills, and capabilities by providing engaging opportunities to connect, learn, and grow and; 2) Promoting a new era of nursing leadership through professional development, collaborative thought-leadership, networking, and community. The INNL helps nurses develop, strengthen, and elevate their leadership skills - so they can successfully lead in the ever-changing field of healthcare. At the INNL we believe that by investing in the development of nurses as leaders, we can usher in a new era of nursing and healthcare leadership. This new era leadership is grounded in intention, connection, and in·powerment (power from within).
