We are an international award-winning brewery providing beer and kombucha with fun aromas and unique flavors. Based in San Diego and founded by Tiago Carneiro in 2015, Novo Brazil Brewing debuted in the neighborhood of Chula Vista and has been expanding operations ever since, including a 12,000 square foot brewpub and restaurant in Otay Ranch Town Center in Chula Vista, a NOVA Kombucha taproom in Ocean Beach, a brewpub and restaurant in Imperial Beach, and continues to expand with the future launch of new locations in Mission Valley and outside of California. ▫︎▫︎▫︎ AWARDS • 2016 World Beer Cup: Bronze medal winner for Novo’s Russian Imperial Stout, Corvo Negro. • 2016 World Beer Awards: The Otay IPA earned honors as the Best IPA of the U.S. and the brewery’s Chula Pils Pilsner winning as a lager. Novo Brazil's Quadruple Barrel-Aged beer also won silver for the United States.
