🌐 Technology is changing exponentially nowadays. Right now, technologies like 3D printing, 3D drawing and micro-controller is trending and widely used in the world. However, these technologies are still emerging in Malaysia. Nott’s Makers Club (𝙉𝙤𝙩𝙩𝙨𝙈𝘾) was founded in the early February 2016 with; N̲o̲t̲t̲M̲C̲'s̲ ̲V̲i̲s̲i̲o̲n̲: • Cultivating a makers community that turns ideas into reality through learning, building and sharing. N̲o̲t̲t̲s̲M̲C̲’s̲ ̲M̲i̲s̲s̲i̲o̲n̲: • Providing a DIY platform in getting practical access on smart technologies such as 3D printing, electronics and IOT. • Connecting students from different backgrounds, departments and schools in developments of creative ideas and projects. • Nurturing a community that values learning through doing and facilitating opportunities • Providing technical trainings with structured programs in building knowledge and skillsets required. • Encouraging eagerness in experimenting and exploring new boundaries. • Reaching out to the wider community by raising interests in science and technology in schools and engaging in projects that will benefit the special needs community. M̲a̲j̲o̲r̲ ̲E̲v̲e̲n̲t̲: 𝙈𝙖𝙠𝙚𝙧𝙨 𝘾𝙖𝙧𝙣𝙞𝙫𝙖𝙡 𝟐𝟎𝟏𝟖 - Aims to raise awareness of people of special needs and the underprivileged communities by developing ideas that could bring impact, changes and improvement to these communities. This not only provides invaluable knowledge, skills and experience to the children, but it also allows everyone see how technology can bring changes to the world and the people around them.
