Welcome to Northside Family Resource Centre Our mission is to provide a safe, welcoming and supportive environment which enables the community to reach its full potential based on principles of equality, empowerment and justice. We are a community and family resource who provides a wide range of projects and programmes. We have a range of services on offer to support happy and healthy childhoods we firmly believe in good enough parenting. We promote activities and programmes to support parents to build the loving and secure relationship we all want with our children. We also have a dedicated youth work team working with young people aged from 10 to 20 years. At Northside, we aim to support Older People to remain in their own homes and community through a range of social and individual support projects in addition to offering all year around community groups, programmes and classes. The Centre is located on the border of Moyross and Ballynanty and caters for the Northside of Limerick City. Our primary areas for activity are Moyross, Ballynanty, Kileely and Thomondgate along with Shelbourne and Ennis Road, Farranshone, Caherdavin, Woodview, Red Gate and anywhere else on the Northside where demand exists, and a service does not.
