The Northern Virginia Diaper Bank (through A Hand Up-NOVA, Inc., a community-based not-for-profit organization) distributes diapers to helping resources, including the local public school systems, for qualifying families in need in Loudoun and Fairfax Counties. The NOVA Diaper Bank is committed to alleviating the inadequate supply of diapers which puts families with babies and young children at an increased risk for health problems and complications.
