Overview

We started this career advice site because we saw a need – and have a passion – to help young adults as they are getting started on their paths to satisfying and successful careers. Between the two of us, we have over 40 years of mentoring experience – Karen as a high school teacher and Kim as a marketing professional – working with students, recent graduates and new employees. We want to provide guidance and advice in a fun but direct way. We hope you find it helpful and we look forward to hearing your feedback and answering your questions.
