A native Puerto Rican, Nicolle Baella, obtained degrees in Human Rights and Biology from Columbia University and gained extensive experience in International Business Development and Art History & Curation while living in Italy and Greece and traveling throughout 18 countries. Through her diverse experiences abroad she developed a broad understanding of and appreciation for international cultures, which makes her an excellent communicator and advisor to clients with a cosmopolitan mindset. After several years living and working in Los Angeles and New York City as a Business Development Manager in entertainment and investment banking, she returned to Puerto Rico. Her immediate goal is to help clients navigate the Puerto Rican real estate market, allowing them to make the best decisions for their families, generate wealth, and ultimately give back to their communities. Nicolle brings global experience, warm Caribbean charm, and a love for her island to every client interaction. Her drive and the tenacity she acquired while living in the most competitive cities in the world make her a true asset. Her competence and broad experiences guarantee a “white glove” experience for her clients. Nicolle’s son, Maximiliano, is the cutest Cavalier pup you’ll ever meet.
