Next Star Vodka is a local, small-batch, craft vodka. Inspired by Chicago’s quest for the next star on its flag, our small batch micro-distilling methods harken back to the formative years of vodka-making when quality outweighed mass-quantity. Utilizing our custommade copper still and premium Midwestern grain, our master distiller inspects each batch to ensure that our smooth craft vodka is second to none.
