New Producers Academy (NPA) aims to eliminate the underrepresentation of filmproducers with a diverse background in the Netherlands by educating and mentoring aspiring producers on a professional as well as on a personal level. During this fulltime, paid program selected participants will be given the space, the resources and the financial security to develop themselves as filmproducers.
