Overview
The New Westminster College of Caucasus University is located in beautiful Tbilisi, Georgia. It was originally founded as New Westminster College in Canada in New Westminster, British Columbia on August 18, 2011 in accordance with the laws of Canada and British Columbia, including the Business Corporations Act of British Columbia, and licensing laws of the City of New Westminster. The presidents and founders of Caucasus University and New Westminster College mutually decided to establish the New Westminster College of Caucasus University after lengthy collaboration and consulting with higher education specialists, and officers and professors from each institution. And on November 1, 2017, the New Westminster College of Caucasus University was established in Tbilisi, Georgia as the tenth constituent school of Caucasus University, which is accredited, and authorized to award bachelor, master and doctorate degrees by the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia. MISSION STATEMENT The mission of the New Westminster College of Caucasus University is to establish and maintain itself as a preeminent global institution of higher learning by inculcating and inspiring academic excellence, professional development and ethical leadership. VISION STATEMENT The vision of the New Westminster College of Caucasus University is to advance the frontiers of human knowledge to address the complex challenges of the 21st century through the preparation of capable and ethical leaders; discovery of new knowledge and intellectual scholarship; and full participation and development of individuals to explore their interests, potential and capabilities.
