Overview
New England Financial has a "Client Centered" financial advising process. Through this process we have earned our clients' trust and become a leader in asset management, risk mitigation, and estate preservation. Our clients have relied on our exceptional service, expertise, and integrity since 1868. The "Client Centered" approach is a unique process centered on making our clients an essential factor in the development of a successful plan rather than just a spectator. Our process focuses on identifying and prioritizing client objectives as well as educating our clients on the many approaches available to achieve their financial goals. For Our Associates: Experienced Advisors receive insight into new financial strategies, keeping them operating at a high professional level. Our 1:1 mentorship opportunities with VP’s provide more avenues for growth. The firm also provides leads, and in-house assistance in managing their practice. *Additional incentive programs are available for these top associates. Our Firm provides a Financial Advisor Associate Training Program. This prepares new leaders how to become a Financial Advisor. We give them training and education on all areas of finance. Lastly, a bonus program rewards and assists durng those first few years, providing them with the tools and strategies needed to build their practice. The more advisors who actively seek to properly educate their clients, the more our community will prosper.
