As a social enterprise corporation, Neurodiversity Resource Group (NdR) aims to change stigma and perceptions while promoting inclusion through employer-specific training to enhance company culture and compliance with regulatory standards. NdR is a boutique consulting firm dedicated to neurodiversity and helping job candidates enter and thrive in this competitive job market. A neurodiverse employee simply encompasses those who may think or process information differently. Many individuals who have Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, and Dyscalculia commonly refer to themselves as Neurodivergent.
