Overview

NeuroBLOOM provides Specialist developmental trauma therapy and behaviour support intervention based on the intersections of trauma and disability. Highlighting the prevalence of co-occurring diagnosis and the resulting vulnerability within early childhood and out of home care (OoHC). NeuroBLOOM also supports the wider family system through counseling and therapy specific treatments that focus on relational trauma healing through attachment-based interventions to combat compassion fatigue and encourage organic secure attachment through relational reparation. We all appreciate that children and adolescents with developmental trauma experiences, co-occurring disability and disrupted attachment histories cannot heal in isolation. That is why NeuroBLOOM offers a range of coordinated specialist, innovative, evidence based, trauma and attachment informed support services. Through trauma informed support, and opportunity to experience true relational safety children and adolescents can learn new skills and wire new neural pathways. Healing starts with appropriate behaviour support, and ecological interventions that frame predictable and rhythmic routines, with response-based strategies for therapeutic connection, to foster capacity building and skill acquisition that ensures overall quality of life.
