Overview

The mission of Neu-Life Community Development is to empower children and youth with the skills and strategies to make better life choices. Neu-Life is a near north side non-profit organization that serves over 1,400 youth aged 3 to 20 with educational and recreational programs during the school day, after school and the summer time. Since opening in 2000, Neu-Life has built a reputation as a high quality, youth-driven set of programs that help make Milwaukee a better place. Program areas include Arts Education, Academic Enrichment & Life Skills, Health & Wellness, Service Learning & Entrepreneurship, Community Action Projects and Workforce Development. The strength of Neu-Life is its focus on providing a foundation of stability and opportunity that puts children on a path to becoming successful young adults. It is our belief and philosophy that the basic foundations of personal accountability, responsibility and respect for life can be rebuilt.
