Overview

NeaPolis Innovation is a program born in 2006 in Campania from the agreement between the Universities and the Companies to intensify the collaboration relationships in the field of research and technical-scientific training. Throughout the years of activity, participation has been expanded. Nowadays the NeaPolis Innovation council is made up of 5 universities (University of Naples Federico II, University of Salerno, University of Campania, University of the Sannio and University of Naples Parthenope), leading companies in the semiconductor industry (STMicroelectronics and Micron Semiconductors) and trade associations and research institutions (Confindustria Campania, Ente Nazionele Energie Alternative e Centro Nazionale delle Riceche). NeaPolis Innovation organizes events, campuses and seminars open to university students and small and medium-sized businesses in the area.
