Early on it is easy to identify what work we must do to become better leaders. Once we reach leadership competency, we might know there is more work to do but it is hard to see what that work is. Our firm helps leaders and mentors master the basics and then identify & master the hidden sophisticated developmental work. There is great frustration among good leaders that their next developmental work is hard to detect and harder to master.
