Overview

Natural Discoveries' objective is to provide individuals, teams, and organizations with personal and executive coaching, leadership, team development, maturation support, technical training, assessment tools, and other consulting services through conventional and unique experiential approaches. We work in partnership with you and/or your team to envision your goals. We then map a route beyond your fears and limitations to help you grow, gain a different perspective, and have fun. Our strategy will fit your goals, needs, and budget. Our outdoor events range from half-day, low impact local hikes to multi-week adventures domestically and internationally. Overnight accommodations can range from wilderness camps, to mountain huts, or deluxe resorts. All events and activities are designed to provide a realistic level of relevance and adventure to your need or workplace while staying within the physical and emotional limits of the participants. Natural Discoveries maps out events as positive experiences that respect all involved. We do this by respecting the environment we explore and teach in and by providing you with a safe, positive learning environment.
