Overview

Our goal is to get rid of bullying at work by: 1. Educating workers about workplace bullying and the negative consequences: emotional and mental injuries, reduced productivity, increased medical and turnover expenses, and more. 2. Showing employers how to develop bully-free work cultures — meaning taking ALL steps to detect, address, and remedy bullying at work. 3. Work with legislatures to implement laws to protect workers’ rights to dignity.
