Focused on small business growth, I advise small to midsize companies, on high-level decisions, in an unbiased fashion. My concentration is on top-line aspects of your organization. In other words, I focus on sales, marketing, strategy and leadership. But I also realize the importance to being sensitive to market realities and the unique nature of your business. Likewise, a typical engagement enables me to focus on one of these key growth areas. Therefore, this allows us to achieve some ‘quick wins’ and new insights.
