The National Pacific American Leadership Institute (NAPALI) is a non-profit organization that provides training to emerging Native Hawaiian and other Pacific Islander leaders committed to strengthening their Pacific American communities. NAPALI was established in 1998 and since that time has graduated over 315 Fellows. NAPALI is unique in that it is the only minority leadership program that develops servant leaders with a strong grounding in both their cultural and western leadership skills. NAPALI Fellows serve with distinction in business, academia, government and non-profit organizations in the Pacific and on the US Continent.
