Nanoli is now poised to become a world class motorsports and leisure facility. The estate has the potential to become a multi-use estate that caters for various sectors, including motorsports, automotive, sports and leisure, equestrian and other leisure activities, and commercial development. Nanoli Speedway will also have an exclusive Members’ Only club and Clubhouse. The test track will be the primary development along with specialist test roads, skid pad and other facilities. The track and facilities are being designed by Driven International Ltd. Another area is marked for commercial development, and this will expand and grow with the proposed developments. Features will include a car storage building and accommodation.
