Founded in 2005 in Boulder, CO, Namaste Solar has installed over 8,100 solar electric systems totaling over 103 MW of generating capacity. Namaste Solar is democratically owned and governed by its employees and is a Certified B Corporation. Among its business practices are a 6:1 cap for highest-to-lowest pay, community involvement in the form of charitable donations and paid volunteer time, and a transparent approach to company information (including salaries).
