Overview

Welcome! In December 2018, a room full of insurance industry professionals came together with the interest in starting a chapter in Boston. In September 2019, Boston was commissioned as the 17th chapter of NAAIA, becoming the fastest-chartered chapter in NAAIA's history and expanding the organization's footprint into Massachusetts, Rhode Island and New Hampshire. Our purpose is to connect, empower and develop African-American professionals and our allies working in and adjacent to the insurance industry. The National African American Insurance Association (NAAIA) was organized to create a network among people of color and others employed in or affiliated with the insurance industry. The association has 17 chapters throughout the nation and its members represent every sector of the industry.
