This book is designed to build foundational knowledge of multi-unit restaurant management concentration in the second year of hospitality colleges and business schools and covers multi-unit operations vs. traditional single-store restaurant operations. This book also serves as an exploratory guide to the multi-unit restaurant industry for students and working professionals whose academic background is outside hospitality education and who are curious to learn more about career, business, or investment opportunities in this industry.
