Overview

Mulot's story begins in 1971, in La Tremblade in the West of France. That year, Christian Mulot started alone in a 50 m² workshop, he built the first machines to facilitate the work of oyster farmers. By working around its core customer base of oyster and mussel producers, the company is now present in all the basins of France and exports its equipment to 25 foreign countries. For more than 20 years, Mulot has created its shipyard to design oyster barges. The range of vessels has been extended to meet other professional requirements (port service vessels, diving vessels, etc.) and pleasure craft (fishing boats for cruises). In 2000, the company developed its shellfish machines to meet the demands of the food industry. The machines are designed and adapted according to the fruits and vegetables grown to guarantee their quality at the end of the line.
