MSC provides Merger & Acquisition consulting services to nano and micro-cap companies. We also have a Product Distribution department that services to Fund Managers and Product Issuers. We are based in Atlanta and maintain an investment banker network of licensed representatives in the United States. We are a FINRA member broker dealer.
