We support our clients through two primary business lines: Program and Construction Management Services: The key to successful project delivery is ensuring these are completed on time and on budget. We offer program/construction management, commissioning, and owner’s representation experience services to aviation, municipal, educational, commercial, and hospitality corporations in Texas. We possess an expertise in managing technically demanding projects, while having an affinity for leading teams and cultivating teamwork to ensure a project’s success. Our fundamental approach is focused on teamwork and collaboration as an active participant in all aspects of a project’s life-cycle from concept though design, construction, and occupancy. Our staff is sensitive to local concerns and builds consensus through a collaborative partnership. Educational & Training Services: We support and partner with local and state educational communities around the state of Texas. Our goal through these partnerships is to assist these communities in developing stronger educational systems. As innovators in educator recruitment, the company has developed and implemented results-oriented teacher recruiting solutions to streamline and improve an organizations recruiting processes. We also develop and manage Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS) aligned social studies programs for online student training. These programs help the teachers with supplemental program development in both languages English and Spanish.
