MorphoPolis was founded in Bragança by João Ortega in 1999. Since then it develops its projects rigorously and delicately, with a diverse body of work including cultural, residential, commercial, educational and urban projects, involving both the public and private sectors. MorphoPolis is recognized as a platform and a multidisciplinary center dedicated to think and explore the creativity regarding architecture, design and other artistic fields, by promoting research, education and cultural activities. With an huge growing capability, our space includes infrastructure to give support to the development of a wide range of activities. Supported by a rigorous yet flexible methodological system, our professional practice is based on continuous experimentation at all stages of the project. Aiming to produce architecture that is both powerful and particular, the quality of the projects is always the result of a precise architectural vision that has characterised the practice from the start and that to this day forms the basis of a meticulous project approach. MorphoPolis, through the experimentation and research that it develops in each project, assumes itself as a driving force behind the development and discovery of the territory in which it operates.
