Morgan Street Holdings is the holding company and investment arm for the HAVI Group of businesses which include HAVI Supply Chain, tms, and Stanley. Built on the philosophy of always “delivering the promise”, we are proud to be building on our 50-year history of deep customer relationships, employee growth, and business expansion. Morgan Street is long-term oriented with a focus on owning and growing great companies in partnership with management. In addition to our current operating businesses, we are actively looking to invest in and acquire companies that share our approach to business and can be part of our group for the long term. Companies we look to acquire or invest in have (i) at least $15M of EBITDA, (ii) alignment with our values and culture, (iii) strong management teams and (iv) a sector focus within business services, consumer products, distribution, food and beverage service, sourcing, among others.
