Nothing beats a movie night with friends and a fine tub of ice cream. But what happens if that friend goes vegan? In lack of actually good vegan ice cream (without the funny aftertaste), we took on the challenge in 2019 to make ice cream that doesn't taste plant-based. After 44 batches we created the perfect chocolate ice cream. A rich and creamy flavor and silky smooth texture; the Chocolate Bomb. The year after the ice cream became available at shops and restaurants and Montgomery's grew into a family business. By now, the ice cream can be found at 100+ points of sale throughout The Netherlands. Every week we make fresh batches in Haarlem.
