At Montessori Tirana, we strive to encourage the individual development of every child whilst fostering within them a sense of community, a love of learning and a reverence for all life. A connection to nature: every child should have access to nature. To be able to play and explore in natural spaces and be inspired by the wonder of nature. We offer a farmyard, vegetable garden and sensory inspired playground. Peace education: Children just like adults need to be taught how to deal with their emotions. How to manage and navigate them and to resolves conflicts peacefully. The peace curriculum is practised in all aspects of interaction at MIT. Development of natural talents: Every person has natural talents in which they easily succeed. We endeavour to offer afternoon classes that include: sports, art, music and dance and offer an indoor swimming pool all year round.
