Mold Engineering srl. is an Italian designer and manufacturer of plastic injection moulds for the automotive, waste processing, household, gardening and agriculture, electro medical and electronic, and other industries that require complex plastic products. We design and manufacture in our mould-making tool shop in Italy injection moulds which can be made from aluminium, soft or hardened tool steel, specific alloys, with the possibility of special surface treatments. The moulds are customer-specific and are designed and engineered in close cooperation with the client using e.g. 3D-printed prototypes, CAD drawings, existing products, or even concept ideas. The 3D computer design of the mould is converted into a Computer Aided Manufacturing model for the CNC machines: we also use spark eroding and traditional machines to construct the mould which can be multi-cavity, composite, inset and 2 shot injection moulds. The moulds can be up to 2,000mm long, 1,000mm wide and 1.000mm high.
