"Baked honestly with love and the best ingredients” Moilas started from humble beginnings in a small home bakery in 1955 to become the biggest privately owned bakery in Finland today. Moilas has two gluten-free bakery buildings with a separate gluten-free pizza line and a gluten-free deep frying line. The bakeries are located in the small town of Pieksämäki, Finland, and the company employs some 90 employees. Our turnover was 19 million euros in 2022. Our delicious products are manufactured in one of the most modern bakeries in Europe. We use highly automated and hygienic production lines. Our speciality lies in gluten-free, deep-frozen bakery products, of which we already have over 30 years of experience. Moilas has always thrived in matters of taste, quality, and food safety. Moilas gluten-free bakery produces a wide range of deep-frozen products for several markets in Europe. We only use naturally gluten-free ingredients and gluten-free pure oat in our production so that your gluten intolerant customers can be assured of the product’s safety. We can also manufacture food items to suit your specific requirements. Our R&D team is very happy to innovate and create new, tasty items which are naturally gluten and wheat free.
