Modulr Space Ltd is a company that has been born out of the Covid-19 pandemic. We provide beautiful, architecturally designed, sustainable garden offices and rooms to both businesses and individuals. Our B2B Small Spaces are designed to be tax efficient for both the employer and employee. You can be confident and reassured that your staff are working comfortably and at ergonomically positioned desks. They sound proofed (ensuring confidentiality) and provided with suitable heating and natural ventilation. The design allows for both natural daylight and integrated artificial light. Shades are provided to prevent VDU glare and cable routes have been designed to avoid trip hazards. We aim to manufacture the B2B models within 4 weeks. They are designed to be constructed on site within a single day. The fabricated sections are small enough in most cases to reach difficult locations i.e. small gardens with no side access. Our units are also designed to be able to be re-purposed as required. If a member of staff leaves your employment then the B2B Small Space can be dismantled and re-erected elsewhere for another employee. Our Modulr Spaces are designed using some of the most sustainable, environmentally sound materials available. Materials such as expanded Cork, EPDM, Accoya, Kvadrat and SMILE plastics meet the highest standards of sustainability and in some cases are considered as carbon negative. The SIP’s (structural insulated panels) ensure very high thermal performance of the structural envelope. We have partnered with some fantastic suppliers such as Kvadrat fabrics and Shades, Pure Tree Cork, SMILE plastics, SUNFLEX UK, Accoya and Carlisle CCM. We also specify and are able to supply integrated Vitsoe Shelving in our units.
