Overview

Modulium is a technology and energy startup based in Bakersfield, California. In May of 2022 Modulium won a $150,000 CalSEED grant from the California Energy Commission to explore the concept of a modular thermo-electric refrigeration unit that efficiently preserves perishable items such as produce, medicine, dairy, and vaccines. Modulium has been admitted to the world’s largest clean energy accelerator program- Clean Tech Open- and is competing for another CalSEED grant in late 2023.
