Mockingbird Farm is a non-profit, 501(c)3 charitable farm sanctuary in Upstate NY dedicated to compassionate living. Our mission is grounded in the understanding that animals have the right to a life free of pain, suffering or exploitation. We rescue farmed animals from situations of abuse, neglect, abandonment, surrender and/or factory farming. Mockingbird Farm provides a home and lifetime care to animals regardless of their condition or past. With our team of committed, mindful and passionate caretakers, it is our goal to improve the mental, physical and emotional wellbeing of the animals who come to live on the farm. We believe in the power of the human-animal bond in only a mutually beneficial environment. Mockingbird Farm is committed to raising awareness and providing education on the conditions of factory farming and overall ethical treatment of animals.
