Mobility & Wireless Solutions Inc. (MWSI) is a Management Consulting, Project Management and Service Development Company that creates new wireless service solutions for Government and Industry. Clients include Innovation, Science & Economic Development Canada (ISED), Global Affairs Canada, National Defence and the Ottawa International Airport among others. Specific Technical/Operational Expertise includes: - Next Generation 5G, IOT, Cloud and AI (Artificial Intelligence) Strategy; - Wireless Public Alerting; - Broadband Wireless (Microwave IP Radio); - Enterprise Wireless LAN (Wi-Fi) - In-Building Cellular Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) - Wireless Intrusion Prevention Systems (WIPS) MWSI employs PMP/PMBOK Disciplines to ensure the technology itself doesn't distract everyone from the overarching business objectives, functional expectations, etc. A key competency for MWSI is the development of comprehensive requirements at the business, policy, operational, functional and technical levels. This forms the baseline through which projects are delivered on schedule, on budget and within scope. MWSI is also very flexible. We can lead the team or be part of the team.
