The National Law School, Bengaluru has established a Chair on International Trade Laws ('CITL') with the assistance of the Ministry of Commerce, Government of India with an aim to foster legal research and interest in International Trade Laws. The chair is currently held by Prof. Govindraj G. Hegde. The Chair works towards increasing the discourse and academic scholarship around international trade and commercial law, by conducting conferences, seminars and certificate programmes at regular intervals during the academic year.
