Biohacking is about looking at the body and mind as a system and make targeted adaptations in order to achieve a certain result. It's the key to better health and higher performance. Of course we all have different priorities and goals with little time to spare. A job, family, friends, hobbies and much more. How much do you already sacrifice in order to reach new levels, constantly trying to get better? Here at the Minimalist Biohacker we want to look more closely into the process of improving our performance in order to achieve certain goals with the least amount of effort. Thereby we will sort out what is effective and what is practically useless. We will do less, but better.
