MindShack (@Mind_shack_ on Instagram) is an emerging African podcast, taking on big controversial topics in social challenges and norms, culture, and psychology. Mindshack was founded by students of the African Leadership University with the objective of empowering listeners of all ages while positively shaping the conversations of the next generation of leaders. Mindshack aims for listeners to develop a healthy relationship with difficult topics that are not often brought to the plate. To normalize changing perspective on a topic, and looking at subjects from a different/outside lens. We do not intend for listeners to only listen to the episodes and go on with their day, but we want them to think, feel and do. Beyond a podcast, Mindshack aims to connect young, like minded African leaders and podcast networks through collaboration.
