Overview

Mind Data is here to improve and modernise the therapy experience for Therapists and Clients alike. We are a platform that enables the Client to keep track of how they are feeling, find patterns and correlations between their mood and specific activities, all captured in between sessions. We created a safe space to which Therapist and Client have access to, where we provide simple but effective tools for self-awareness, journaling and private note taking. This is shared and analysed by their mental health professional ahead of the client’s next session. Now available in English and Spanish.
