Known initially as Underhill Project Controls, Milestone was founded in July 2014 by Mick Underhill with a single goal: to create predictability. Mick realised that the construction industry was crying out for construction planners who can both improve your chances of winning a tender and manage a programme on-site. Since then we have supported projects from Hull to Falmouth in sectors as different as Defence, Clean Tech and Elderly Living. Our biggest completed live project to date topped £107m (we have others ongoing). Our most valuable tender to date exceeded £300m. We work for public sector clients, design consultancies, main contractors and construction companies. Milestone has a team of specialist construction planners supported by a graphics team.
