MIDEAST PIPELINE PRODUCTS started as a manufacturing Unit to manufacture various items for the Oil & Gas Pipeline sector as import substitution in the year 1964 by the founder proprietor Mr. Mohan Singh who was associated as a design and then crossings engineer on the construction of India’s first oil and gas pipeline . The initial products were Insulators and End Seals for Road and Rail crossings and Spring Hangers for placing pipelines on railway bridges for river crossings. Subsequently the manufacture and supply of pig cups, brushes, insulating joints, pipeline markers etc. were also added to the products line. Unfortunately Mr. Mohan Singh, founder - proprietor expired in early February of 2000. But he had already brought the Company to a mature level with trained staff and professionally experienced engineers, one of whom, his own son Mr. Maninder Singh, took over the reins of the Company and have been successfully moving the Company forward with new jobs procured and successfully executed. From 1968 onwards the Pipeline Construction Division was started, initially for laying Oil/Gas collector lines in the Oil fields of Gujrat and later expanded for the execution of pipeline works, River Crossings (Open Cut) and Hydrostatic Testing Works in different parts of the country extensively covering West, East, North-East, North and South India.
