Megaworld Makati completed projects include Paseo Parkview Towers 1 and 2, One and Two Lafayette, Greenbelt Parkplace, Greenbelt Radissons, Greenbelt Chancellor, Greenbelt Excelsior, Greenbelt Madisons, and One Central. Initially known as Marketing 2, it was relaunched in 2012 in what is to be known in the press Megaworld Makati CBD. This period saw the successful releases in the market of Two Central, Three Central, Greenbelt Hamilton, and Salcedo SkySuites In 2015, it is formally and permanently rebranded as Megaworld Makati.
